Directions for Use
One serving: 1 sachet
Take the powder orally during or after a meal.
For easier consumption, the contents of the sachet may be mixed with a small amount of:

Do not mix the powder with hot food or drinks, as high temperatures may reduce the viability of the probiotic microorganisms.
